We appreciate if you make your furniture free from all things that do not belong to it (children toys, personal belongings etc). We also recommend to remove tiny things if you have any on your furniture (coins, pins etc). We strongly recommend to remove all valuable, fragile or easily damaged items (such as glass, electronics etc) to avoid any possible damage. We assume the area around the couch, chair or other item to be cleaned is safely located to avoid any damage or loss.

How Long Does It Take To Clean My Couch (Sofa)?

Cleaning takes around 1 hr +/- depending on the actual condition.

How Long Will My Couch (Sofa) Dry?

You can expect it to dry from 3 hours up to a day depending on the previous condition (whether it was stained or not, whether it was cleaned regularly or not).

How Often Does My Furniture Require Professional Cleaning?

The frequency depends on the traffic on your furniture. For example, sofa-beds where you sleep every day require regular cleaning every 6-8 months. Regular living room couch which is used for leisure time only requires cleaning every 8-12 months.

Can Use Domestic Products To Clean Stains and Spots on My Couch?

It might be sufficient in some extremely rare cases, the truth is that domestic chemicals and solutions in your household can easily ruin your upholstery. We use professional cleaning solutions that have been tested and tried through a vigorous process before being made them available for PROFESSIONAL use. How would you feel if we arrived at your home with some Oxiclean, Downy, ammonia etc. Let’s add to some vinegar for a better result? These types of methods can agitate stains and spots and most importantly; these makeshift cleaning chemicals will not react well with proper cleaning agents leaving colored stains or discoloration. Also, you should understand that each specific type of fabric fibers requires the use of certain level of PH in the cleaning solution applied. If you apply a high PH level on certain type of fabrics you will just discolor the fibers and make your couch/sofa discolored and damaged.
